"Although I was athletic during high school and in my early 20s, my weight ballooned and my health declined in my 30s and 40s after I had 3 kids. I tried every fad diet there was and just couldn't maintain weight loss. I was eating only 1200 calories and in the gym doing the stair climber, running on treadmills, and doing all kinds of things. Weight just wouldn't come off.
