Fulton County and Wauseon's Cardiologist for Over a Decade

I've had the honor and pleasure of taking care of you and your family for over a decade and plan to continue to do so for the next decade!

Since 2012, I have been a cardiologist in Fulton County, Ohio. Wauseon, Ohio has been my home for over a decade. I have gotten to know the community, the people, the culture and most of all my patients and their families. I have enjoyed working with all of you and look forward to working with you in the future.

I'm Dr. Alo. I grew up in northwest Ohio. I attended St. John's Jesuit High School and I graduated from the University of Toledo with an Economics degree. I married my high school sweetheart and then we moved to Chicago. She attended pharmacy school while I attended medical school. Both at Midwestern University in Chicago.

We have four beautiful children. I am a family man and love working with you. Many of you know me as "Coach Alo". I have coached football, basketball, soccer, baseball, softball, golf, and many other sports. I play sports frequently as well.

Many of you have invited my kids and I to your hunting cabins, lake houses, farms, and into your homes. We truly appreciate the bonds and friendships. More than I can express in writing. You mean the world to my family and I!

I am passionate about preventing cardiology. I pride myself on being a preventative cardiologist. Many of my patients come to me as teenagers or in their twenties hoping to not ever need a cardiologist. I will make sure to help you optimize and achieve all your healthcare goals!

I love teaching and have spent my entire life teaching. I started out teaching youth and kids at summer camps, to Sunday school, to high school, university, and eventually medical schools. I have been teaching physicians at medical schools and conferences since 2002. I also teach cardiologists and cardiology conferences, grand rounds, and as a professor of medicine at my main hospital teaching them cardiology and how to do complex heart procedures.

I love my job and I am sure it comes across in all that I do. I put 200% of my energy, love, and passion for healthy living into what I do.
