The inspiration for this program was my wife! She is a mother to four beautiful children (13, 11, 8, 6). As you can imagine, life is busy! She has to juggle doctors appointments, after school programs, conferences, soccer practices, baseball, football, golf lessons, hanging out with her own friends, and taking care of herself in her fitness program. All of this while working as a pharmacist in one of the biggest hospitals in the city.

One day she sat down and asked me if I could design a program for her that's quick, easy, and effortless. She wanted to be able to eat anything she wanted and still lose weight. She wanted me to teach her everything she needed to know about weight loss in simple terms. Not doctorspeak. She was tired of her friends saying, "Hey can you ask your husband....". I've always loved sports and have always been an athlete. But then I became a mom and everything changed. I had no time to do anything. My body changed.
